(F9r:) A shield upon which a naked man holds a star over his stomach and genitals with his left hand. In his right hand he holds two snakes aloft. The shield is topped with a helmet with fronds cascading down. There are two large horns on top of the helmet, between which is a six-pointed star. Above this is printed the couplet, “Erhardi Ratdolt felicia conspice signa || Testata artificem qua valet ipse manum.||” The printer's mark is printed in black and red (c. 103 x 140 mm).

The frontispiece portrays the patron saints of the diocese. It contains a large cut of the arms of Florian Waldauf von Waldenstein with cipher and insignia of Melchior von Meckau, bishop of Bressanone, at whose expense the book was printed, and whose letter is included at beginning, (after RELICS). Below the letter [6r?], a large coat of arms of Meckau, printed with black, red and. [6v?:] Woodcut in half page size with the holy numbers (central sun suurounded by circles with numbers and letters). Woodcut initials.

Titel page is missing. The leaf with the letter by the bishop is bound between the calendar pages of October and November. Extra leaf between music section and Canon (with printed verso: Finito offertorio dicat). Leaf F1 is replaced by two manuscript leaves, the following Roman folio numbers are corrected accordingly in adding "I" by hand. Several paper restaurations.

On the calendar page of January: "Ex libris D. Petri Pfisterj Sacellarii apud Divinum Paulum Constantia me iure tenet. 8[?]. Ecclesia S. Paul", decorations and additions in red. Another inscription by another hand on the same page, hard to read: ("Hoc missali nemo notati nisi ..."). On bottom of the same page a small crown with the letters "FID.C" and a round stamp with a crown and the letters "F.I", both printed on the paper of the restored part of the leaf.
