from the library of Ferdinand Columbus. Two numbers on the title page: .3022. and 11220 (in a box). It is unclear if the note on first opening (gathering C), left page (woodcut of doubleheaded crowned eagle), belongs to this copy or to the former copy. It reads: "Este libro costo 12 negmit en Bruselas a 26 de agosto de 1521 yel Ducado De oro vale 320 negmit."

the copy belongs to the Lessing J. Rosenwald Collection; the front paste-down contains a stamp "The gift of the Lessing J. Rosenwald to the library of congress" and the shelfmark R604. The title page of the first part ("Musica") is also provided with a stamp of the library of "Mr. de la Place de Mont-Evray".
