Liturgical book
GW gives Bamberg as place of printing, Geldner corrects this assumption to Dillingen.
[unfoliated, unsigned preface:] FRidericus dei et appostolice sedis gr̃a Ep̃us Augustū ex Co⸗||mitibus In Zollr. Uniuersis & singulis Ecclesiaꝝ prelatis. [...] (letter by Friedrich II, prince-bishop of Augusburg).
At the end of a the preface is a woodcut of the Virgin and Child with the patron saints of the city of Augsburg. To her right is St. Ulrich, holding book on which rests a fish, and to her right is St. Afra, holding a pyre. At the bottom of the page are four shields, presumably the arms of Prince-Bishop Friedrich von Hohenzollern.
There are a variety of woodcut initials decorated with animals, birds, and foliage.
