Remarks on printing:

The staves (printed in red) are made from rows of individual pieces of type of four lines in height. Space is left in the red staves for large red initials, but the black initials (except for the large decorative initial on 97r) are printed on top of the red staves. In the text pages,elongated decorative initials in red are also inserted in the left margin, and even in the space between the columns.
