In its present state, the volume contains five printed music treatises and one manuscript treatise on chant.

There are handwritten additions with music throughout the book; at the end, there is a drawing of the Guidonian hand and a diagram of the hexachords. Bound into the back of the book is a ms treatise, not further identified; description in RISM BIII/3, pp. 36-37.
